Personas are fictional profiles, often developed as a way of representing a particular group based on their thoughts and interests. (Sticdorn & Schneider, 2010)For instance, some of the stroke survivors are quite motivating and determining people, while others may not be so motivating, which can then be developed into a workable “character”.

From the persona, we can see that people who know their drives for recovery may be more likely to engage in long-term physical activities.
